The food was good, but service not so much. I hadn't ordered there before, and it felt like they expected me to understand all of their processes. They spoke very quickly as if there was a long line (there wasn't) and when I didn't understand, they told me to read the board. I considered getting a shake, but didn't know when I was to order it and the rush didn't convince me to ask. I decided on water.

Love Potbelly’s. They make tasty sandwiches, you get to choose from a variety of toppings. So many delicious combinations. There are lot of healthy options as well. Finally it’s more than reasonably priced

Deserves the 5 out of 5. Fast service, affordable prices and delicious food. Pick your pair with the "Wreck". Add peppers. Then you can either choose Mac n cheese with different toppings or soups. Must try.

Perfect sandwich anytime. Addicted to the Wreck with extra peppers. We buy sandwiches for the office and they are a big hit. Ingredients are always fresh and they toast the bread to crunchy perfection. All sandwiches are made to order, and made quickly to boot....

Everyone was very friendly. However, sandwich took a long time to make. POS person was totally disheveled. Soda fountain was out of syrup for twenty minutes. People were skipped in line. Frustrations from being understaffed we're present, which is totally understandable given there were only three of them for what appeared to be a rush. The manager (or appeared to be) was there, but didn't jump in the line to help. By the end of it, my sandwich was cold and fairly solid, not good, and I had to get a drink that I didn't want because the fountain was out (tea). Ended up being a waste of money really.
